I think that some products get tested on animals to check the products safety guarantees, even if they don't label it like that...they can get away with it. I was reading Victoria's Secret lotion and it labeled "THIS FINISHED PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN TESTED ON ANIMALS." Sorry off topic..
