Nothing happens to the bitten vampire. However, many vampires get this kind of euphoric effect from drinking blood, even if it is from another vampire. Thus some vampires drink each other's blood as some creepy, sexual act as one vampire gets off on the blood while the other gets off on the pain like they are at an S&M party. God, I hope you aren't a child whose mind I'm screwing up with talks of vampire sex and S&M.
