ok i have the basic idea, but how is tweaking your nipples properly done ??

do you remember milking a cow, how you pulled down on them, well it is kinda like that, take ahold of one of your nipples and pull downward,keep doing this till you can see milk .also get into a warm shower and let the hot water run down your breasts this always helped me

just roll them between two/three fingers. Usually thumb and the next two over. Can help to stimulate contractions by releasing the home oxytocin

just stimulate them, theres no particular way.
