R'(t)=5(-3/5)t^(-3/5-1)
=-3t^(-8/5)
= (- 3) / t^(8/5)

thats the answer I got.

R `(t) = ( - 3/5) (5) t^(- 8/5)
R`(t) = (- 3) t ^(- 8/5)
R `(t) = (- 3) / t^(8/5)

you will being the exponent down to multiply the 5

then you subtract the exponent by one

-3t^(-8/5)
