My question is , are people normally irregular after having a baby, because I just had a baby 3 months ago and now I am 3 days late from last month. Me and my boyfriend haven't used anything the last couple of times.

if your so worried why didnt you use protection? but yes its possible it also depends on what you mean by the last couple times b/c you only release one egg a month and if you were ovulating you probably are. I hope everything works out oh congrats on the new baby btw

Once your period starts again it generally returns to your previous cycle. Were you irregular before? If not, I would take a test, just in case.

It is possible. I have friends (sisters) that are 11 months apart. Go buy a stick!
