I've fallen off a second floor ledge and broken my wrist and I've tripped while twisting backwards resulting in spiral fractures of my tibia and fibula and the insertion of a steel bar.

Gravity is not unkind though - just consistent. ;-)

That is one reason I cannot look in the mirror. Oh, how I remember the good old days, when everything was up where it is suppose to be. I am talking about my face.
