Outline the numbers in a glittery puffy paint and for the name on the back glue rhinestones to the letters. Maybe slit around the sleeves and thread a silky white ribbon and make a bow.

put pink colors on it and puf like fuzzy stuff on the jersey to that would be girly

with a number on both sides and stripes going across the sleeves with your last name on the back and a team name( most liekly a real one) on both sides and the sleeves
and make it a bit short with booty shorts underneath
