Start at the web site for the Parapsychological Association (link below) and read the scientfic research literature on ESP and pay attention to the various methods they have used to try to enhance perfoemance in their experiments.
Some of the enviromental conditions you can duplicate. Some factors like personality traits will be harder to duplicate in your life but one can practice things like thinking in different ways.

I wouldn't trust anyone who claims they can help with that, since no one EVER in the history of the world has been able to prove that they have ESP. No one. Ever.

I don't believe in forcing my spirit to serve the material anymore than it has to.
Also I do believe in privacy. Most people I know cannot provide me with a reason and reassurances I consider good for wanting such powers.

Meditate to quiet the mind, so that the true inner voice comes through louder.
Trust your gut instinct, that tiny little voice deep inside, you know the one that says, "You really shouldn't be doing that" but you do it anyway and it ends up that that voice was right?

ive given you a test yourself esp ....it cannt do you any harm anyway and can be fun...i tryed it myself a few times and could only guess around 5 cards right..so i guess i dont have it....

Just for curiosities sake: Look into remote viewing. According to their report the government used to fund this research. But, according to some other reports: The government used to pay thousands for just a screwdriver as well. If you're really serious about learning; these people will be more than happy to train you for a fee.
