Wife came home from work today feeling very nauseous after eating food at her work's halloween party (food she's always eating before). When she got home, she vomited and was complaining about pains (stabbing feeling) throughout her stomach (abdomen) mostly on her right side. She's not hungry & has thrown up about 4 times total so far tonight. The third time she vomited water type liquid (possible dry heaving), but on the 4th and final so far she had regular vomiting and cramping style pains that she describes as a constantly throbbing knife stabbing pain on her right side.
Now about her period, we had sex roughly on the 15th, 23rd, & 25th day after her last period. We tracked her period & know that she normally get's her period every 33-38 days (she is overweight)
Last night she was spotting a little & today she had moderately light period bleeding that was darkish red (redish-browinsh she thinks) (possible implantation bleeding??)
Any info on why this may be happening??

Wife is alsocomplaining about chills (with goose bumps), but she feels hot, and we took her temperature which is at 100.1 degrees

fever has gone up to 102.2 and she is still very crampy and light bleeding from period. She is constantly very tired & exhausted. She's still vomiting and even the slightest taste of food (even bread or crackers) or smelling of aromatic food makes her feel nauseous. She can only take in liquids right now.

your wife could have an ectopic pregnancy or some kind of infection. if the pain is severe she needs to go to the hospital.

well it would be pretty soon for her to be sick like that if she just became pregnant unless she got pregnant around the first time u had sex on the 15th...sounds more like she might of had some bad food which food can be bad even if u eat it all the time..but the light period like bleeding could be a sign of implantation bleeding but u never know she might not be pregnant..a way u can find out is to see how long the vomiting continues if it becomes an everyday thing then most likely yes if not than possibly no..other than that she needs to get a home pregnancy test close to the day her period would normally be

dont want to scare u or your wife but plz get her checked out it doesnt sound like its just pregnancy or she could be and also got something else wrong too,plz let me know how she gets on thinkin of you both

That sounds more like appendicitis, or some other abdominal infection, and she should go to an ER as soon as possible.
A fever is even more evidence pointing toward some type of infection. PLEASE go to an ER to get looked at by a doctor.
