Like everyone else has said, apply heat. You can use one of those heating pads that sticks (forget the brand name, sorry!) that lasts 12 hours and you just use a sticker-type thing to stick it directly on your abdomen, you don't need any wires or anything, you can just go to school/work with it hidden completely under your shirt!
also, I've heard that eating bananas helps, I think it's because of the potassium.

A heating pad is my best friend during my period. As well as Motrin for the pain. Sometimes taking a nice hot bath helps to relax everything too. If it's really bad I take some Motrin with milk, lay down with my feet propped up and a heating pad and try and just relax myself and that usually helps.

Like you, Advil doesn't seem to work well for me. Take a stronger pill like Mortrin or Tylenol. However, you may also need to increase your intake of calcuim and iron.

Heat is my bestfriend during my period. I pull out heaters, warming pads and bottles, and warm rags. I apply direct heat to the pain. If you use the heater, be sure to stay well hydrated. Also make sure not to get to close to the heater, as they can cause severe burns. Heat for me+ ibuprofen does the trick everytime.

I would talk to a doctor to many sure you dont' have endometriosis or somethign that could be causing your pain. If simple advil isn't helping, its time to talk to them.
