If you have just started running this pain could be related to your body not being used to this yet but I would recommend letting your parents know what's going on and also your doctor to see what they think is going on.

Hi!
I am not sure, but I had a pain and I still have when running. It was under my left shoulder I think. Anyway, I discussed it with my P.E. professor and she said me that it is the liver that bleeds. It is normal, I don't remember what causes it, I think because of not being so well prepared or because you are not used in exercise or whatever. Anyway, the truth is that it is not dangerous and it happens to everyone. Now, if you think that this answer is not sufficient and that you are in pain in another part of the body, then also discuss it with your professor, it is maybe some nuicase which you have to face, finally. Hope this will work out.
