He would probably be the one that almost killed you...then he'd make a big show of trying to save you, but when he didn't make it in time because he was on vacation, he'd blame it on Saddam. Then when he remembered Saddam was dead, he'd tell everyone you died on your way to abort an illegitamate biracial and likely homosexual child (which he found out through the wiretap on your phone), so it was probably what you deserved anyway. Then he'd seal all of the correspondance within the administration regarding your death, so we would never know what actually happened. Then he'd probably go back on vacation.

Would you rather have John Kerry (if he could decide whether or not to drive the ambulance) or Al Gore (he would have to invent the ambulance first, then tell everybody that he did, before he could drive the ambulance)?

Dead meat in the fact that he'd delegate the responsibility to someone else who doesn't know how to drive in the first place.

Bush would definitely get to the scene, but he'd be like a brain dead monkey he wouldn't know what to do. He'd start scratching his head and go "ooooh ooooh ahh ehhhh". Than he'd make your problems worse by running you over by accident than he'd try to cover it up like 911. After he runs you over hed try to save you again but he accidentally injects you with to much opium so he uses a heart saver and electrocutes you...

As geography not his forte, this would probably be his biggest impediment - not whether or not his medical skills would be sufficient to "save" you!

i guess it depends on how long he'd been doing it, or also how well he knows the area, and why you need the ambulance.
