Or have you lost it? I am breastfeeding, so I don't want to diet too much and I hardley ever get time to go for walks. I am a week and a half postpartum.

I climbed stairs throughout each day and I went back to pre-pregnancy weight real fast. My house had about 15 steps to the second floor.

I gained 80 lbs during my pregnancy! And lost NONE during the 6 months I was breast-feeding. ALL of the breastfeeding Moms I know didn't lose the weight till they weaned their babies.

After I weaned my daughter I went on Weight Watchers, and stuck to it. I lost all of the weight, and wear a smaller size than before my pregnancy. I was skinny by the time my daughter turned one! I also started working as a server, so that burned calories, too. FYI--you can go on Weight Watchers while breast-feeding. You just get extra points and the weight comes off slower. Weight Watchers is a balanced diet, so your baby will get everything it needs if you are careful!

It's early yet, the breastfeeding will help. Eat healthy - fruits, veggies, grains, lean protiens. Walw with the baby when you can. Stretch daily. Once you've recovered, jump rope 10 - 15 min a day (fan and fast way to lose).

I've lost all but 5 lbs in the past 3 months.

My son just turned one. All I did was breastfeed and at a rate of losing 500 calories/day from breastfeeding, I am currently 10 lbs below my pre-pregnancy weight! Keep it up, the weight will come off.

I lost all of my baby weight within 6 weeks solely by breastfeeding.

No need to diet while you are breastfeeding. But to answer your quesiton I still have it; 5 years later. It's sad but it's true. I never had to loose weight before and now it doens't matter what I do there it is!

i hardly lost a kilo when breastfeeding! but within the 12mths after stopping, I lost all and more of my pregnancy weight (which was a lot!)
I just kept active, ate right, and running after kids helps too! Don't become a couch potato and stay away from junk. its that easy!

yep, i agree. breastfeeding makes you lose weight real fast. And eat healthy! a brisk walk now & again wont hurt either. even for 5 minutes!
