I agree... that should be under 42, especially since Oakland's strength is pass defense and Matt Schaub is likely to not play this weekend. I look for Oakland to win this... they win off of running and the Texans' run D is nothing special.

Yeah, I can't imagine a scenario where 42 points gets scored between those two pathetic franchises. That's a great bet.

42 seems like a fair under in this matchup(suprised its that high,35-38 would be more reasonable).
My lock this week-Clevland wins straight up(push line on my ticket),and the over 45 on my ticket.
