Am I doing the right thing?

My job suspended me for almost a month before telling me what I did. During my time off they threw a rumor that I sexual harrass a guard on the job. The guard lied on me but it had nonthing to do with sexual harrassment. After going to my union twice, my job tried to posion them against me. I kept calling them (job) and they finially told me in bits what I was acuse of improiate convo about my family to a guard who told me about his naked girlfriend. They never gave me a chance to defend myself. They paid me for the days I was off and cut my days down for the next schedule.Ive been at this job for almost 8 years and this guard less than 1 month. After my boss paid me, he told me he hopes this doesn't get to his boss or we can all lose our jobs. He assure me that there was no write up in my forder. He told me since he paid me there was no need for me to keep my union meeting. All this does not excuse the fact I feel humiliate, belittle and embarass. Then they cut my days.

They,Meaning my 2 bosses, cut my days and give over time or extra hours to other employees other than me. My female boss got mad because I stayed over and made comment that it want happen again and it did not. She also hire some people while I am collecting unemployment. My boss hates me and she is constantly harrassing me and I cant find jobs elsewhere. I am a single mother with 2 boys; I am a nurses assistant. I make okay for an aid here. Well what I want to know am I doing right on putting more greives on my bosses. I can't believe its legal for them to treat me like crapt. I get very bad headache and I tremble alot when I am there. I feel such a strong hatred toward my female boss who is mostly responsible for all of this. I saw her outside by herself and she seem afraid, but on the job she an evil woman and when she does things to you she laughs and spread it around the building. They think I am stupid.

Please if you have nonthing good to say then don't say nonthing, but don't tell me what I want to here.

You sound like a very very angry person. This is probably effecting your attitude and performance on the job. You need to do something dramatic to turn around your life. Look for another job. This may take time. Do not tell anyone you are looking. Go back to school. I do not care how old you are. People will admire you for your guts to go back to school. Say nothing about all of this at work. Do not complain. Just do your job and be quiet. All this will be very difficult, but you seem to be a very strong minded person. You can do it.
