A coworker put an poisonous; cancer causing; aerosol can under my machine and taped the sprayer down and I did not realize it until I was very ill. When this happened there were two witnesses that agreed to our supervisor the they did this. I reported it the next day and this person got fired. Other people have come forward to say she has done the same thing to them.. I have been getting nose bleeds and feeling ill every day since. What should I do?

The first thing you need to do is to go to a doctor and make sure that they can figure out what is wrong with you. You should then go to the police and report this to them since it is a crime and perhaps some time in jail will help this person see that she did something that she shouldn't have done. The company should have a medical clinic that you can go to or they should pay your doctor bills since it happened on the job and they should have insurance for on the job injuries. If major medical expenses should be involved - I hope not for your sake - you may be able to sue their insurance company as well. Go to the doctor first before anything else though.
I hope it turns out that it is nothing too serious that can not be fixed!!

WoW! that is horrible. I really hope you do not suffer any long term effects. The person that did this diserves to be prosecuted (in my humble opinion).

Check that your place of employment made an incident report about the occurences. Get statements (notorized) from the others and the witnesses. Report it to the police so there is a record of it. Follow up with a physician about the symptoms. Find an attorney ASAP.

1. Report this person to the police.
2. Sue your company (not your ex-fellow employee, since she probably doesn't have any money). They'll probably settle with you.
