Has anyone ever heard of this company. They are offering me a job as a tech are they for real?

Its real by look of it, but the experience they are after is high, so unless you know your stuffs, you could end up looking really stupid when go on site.
The idea is they advertise, get the work, and then call you to go fix it, they charge $99 and you make $40.
