well not too extreme but i saw a toddler (A BOY) dressed up in orange short shorts, a hooters top and a wig. too cute!

A girl about12 or 13 years old in short shorts with her butt hanging out, garter on her thigh, tiny bra-type top, and lucite stripper-like high heels. My four year old son said, "She's in her underwear!" Even a 4 year old could tell that wasn't age appropriate at all. Where is her mother?

one girl was dressed in a Hillary Clinton mask and had on a nametag that read MRS PRESIDENT. Scared the HECK out of me--gave her all the remaining candy (political contribution).

This woman was dressed up in a shiny yellow/gold wig & a really awful waitress short dress..but she was holding a teddy bear & said that she was Goldilocks. It was very scary.

I was amy winehouse, I did the makeup the wig and everything hehe :) I dont know if that would be the most extreme but it was pretty funny

I went to a Halloween party and there was a mixed couple, white girl and black guy, they were OJ and Nicole Simpson.
