I doubt it, unless he was against someone really bad. He can do a good campaign though, Kerry had it in the bag in 2004, but his campaign was horrible. I'm sure they could make Bush look better right before re-election.

I don't think he would have a snowball's chance in summer of winning again. The American people do not like war and he got into this war with false information. Yes, we have to fight the terrorists. I'm not qualified to say if there could have been a better way. But remember, he did not win the first term anyway. The vote by the people was for the other candidate. The electoral vote overrode the people's choice in this case. And I don't know why.

No. He's not that popular with the people anymore... He's got nothing but waging war with other countries and earning money from it. With the last crisis that struck Americans in California (the wildfires), Arnold (Schwarzenegger) was way better in handling problems and making the people feel less threatened by the catastrophe even to the point of attending to their needs personally. The President should definitely take notes from the Governator with regards to leadership.

I don't think so. I believe that 7½ years of negative media coverage and lies by Democratic Congressman hammering the public has taken it's toll. Add on top of that the blunders he has done with the border situation, not changing the strategy in Iraq before earlier this year, and a few others, people would be ready for a change anyway.

It would depend moderatly on his opponent, in 2000 he lost the popular vote and in 04 he barely won but his opponent ran a rather weak campaign. He has made a lot of bad decisions and handled disasters like what happened in New Orleans very poorly. If he faced an opponent with a strong platform he would loose, his approval rating is down to below 30% so all logic dictates that he would loose, although the "devil you know over the devil you don't know" state of mind would give him an edge.

No way would he win. He has very low approval ratings. Any Republican that can be linked to him is also in jeopardy of losing next year too. Association with George W. Bush or anyone in his Administration is like having the plague.

Bush has fooled the US citizens twice. We do eventually learn. Bush would not stand a chance of winning against any of the top 3 Dems.

If he could get that same machine to steal the election like last time and chicken Dems to go home crying, then yes.
Unlikely in this season, but I think he could come very close if he leverage the war and declared martial law.

Yes. He has protected the homeland even though democrats battled him every step of the way. Terrorists have civil rights? We should be ashamed for violating them?

Depends on who would run against him. I thought President Bush's father was a shoo-in for the office after Kuwait. Bill Clinton gathered speed and unseated him.

No one knows what's going to happen. Sort of like a jury verdict!
