First Off, please take backup of all your important files. ITs very tricky to get rid of all the malware/spyware from an "Infected" PC. Best bet would be to reinstall your Operating system & apply all the updates for your OS.
Install Anti-Virus system and Firewall.

The pop ups are probably a Smitfraud or Vundo Infection.
A very good free Antivirus is Antivir PE.

this is not a virus , it a spyware, you need an AntiSpyWare Program,
it seems that you have visited website that is unsafe against spyware
turn on pop up blocker and disable ActiveX controls
