It's cute, but everyone uses Rose as a middle name, try something else.

The traditional Liliana Rose spelling would be lovely (and I do love the significance of Rose, for your sister, by the way). But Lillyana makes it appear that the parents -- or eventually child -- either didn't know how to spell the name and sounded it out or perhaps felt the misspelling necessary to justify the nickname Lilly.
Liliana is simply classier, less problematic (most people do know how to say and spell it, after all) and helps avoid the double floral association more apparent with LILLYana ROSE. Just seems the most well-thought-out option, to be honest.
But the name itself is both beautiful and meaningful. I'd just stick with the classic spelling, personally.

Lillyana Rose is really cute, but I'm partial to Lillian. If you go with Lillyana, I would suggest a different spelling. Lilliana, maybe?

Lillyana Rose is such a beautiful name and i think it's an honour and a kind gesture that you are thinking of naming your daughter after your sister. I think it's great that you are keeping your sister's legacy going and i know that your daughter will feel the same way when she gets older.

It's too girlie-girl and a awfully flower-powered.
What if she grows up to be more of a hockey player, less of a ballerina? Your name doesn't give her a lot of room to be herself.
It also feels like three names, not two. Lillyana Rose - Lilly Anna Rose.
You might use Lilah Rose instead. You can still use the nickname Lily if you like, you don't have the double flower issue and while Lilah is feminine, it's not feminissa.

I like the sound but the spelling is wrong. Liliana Rose would be lovely though! I like Rose as the middle name after your sister that is really sweet and great idea!

I absolutley adore it. I like how you spell it with a y instead of with an i and Rose is a pretty middle name even though I know like ten people who have that middle name. But I understand why you don't want to change it. You kinda have a flower theme going cause her nickname will probably be Lilly and her middle name is Rose. It's really pretty.
