Right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Due process/privacy clause of the Fourteenth Amendment
Forcing a woman to remain pregnant against her will constitutes slavery, which is against the law since the Thirteenth Amendment outlaws slavery.
Amendment Four- right of the people to be secure in their person against unlawful and unreasonable seizures (a state dictating what will remain in a woman's uterus qualifies)

The entire Constitution, really. It doesn't appear that Jefferson considered embryos citizens when he wrote the bill of rights, unless he meant that all embryos should be allowed to speak freely, and that government shouldn't get in the way of any embryonic groups which wish to congregate. Please.

Is there any part that says it is not. If it is not than it is an issue left to the states. Many states do have different abortion laws. Mind you I don't agree in abortions unless the baby is going to die anyways and the mother will die if she goes to term.

No where is abortion justified, according to the 10th amendment its an issue that should rightly belong to the seperate states.

Of course, the best justification is in the right to freedom of religion, because many supporters on both sides of the issue base their beliefs on religious principles. My beliefs support abortion because it is the best way to save born and loved children. Pro lifers believe that it is ok to allow children to die as long as you save a fetus.
edit:
I believe as long as it is one religion -vs- another religion then it is unconstitutional to stop abortion. Abortion is a natural right, not based on religion for its existance.
