Im not gonna aim at ppl but does it hurt if on flys and hits you?

The bottle rocket won't hurt you except if it hit your eye. Not enough mass and not going fast enough.
But the explosion could injure you. Particularly if near your face or extremities. Or if it got stuck in your clothes.
Also it could catch your clothes on fire or damage your hearing depending on where you get hit. Could also catch a building on fire (my dad did this throwing a sparkler) or a some bushes on fire (my brother did this throwing firecrackers).
