Hi! I'm planning a movie night for tonight and need a scary movie, but with no gore or blood. What do you recommend?

I would have to agree with the first poster, Blair Witch really creeped me out, the first time. the second time around was kind of stupid and whiny.

I know just the one. As you probably know, the more...recent...they are, the more gore you're gonna get. I am recomending you a movie from the '40s. It is about a beautiful young woman who has just married & lives w/ her husband in her rich father's house. She is terminally ill/bedridden. & after some time which in which she discovers numorous suspicious things her husband has been involved in w/ her old enemy's husband, she begins to suspect that he is planning her kill her off. She is recieving mysterious phone calls when her hubby is out. & She does her best to make people believe her.all by phone. Secretly communcating w/ her high school enemy & her spous's former lover (i think her name is Sally) they attempt to uncover the truth. It's in black & white & wicked scary.
The ending is, to say the least, chilling. lol.

Check out older films, like Psycho. Psycho has blood, but everyone knows that its just chocolate syrup going down a drain.

the changeling scared me more than any movie EVER. and it's rated pg. so you should definitely check it out.

I would say the first Alien, but there is one gory scene. If you haven't seen it, it will keep you on the edge of your seat in suspense.
