Whats a good amp with good built in effects and where can i buy it online under $200.

Find the amp that you are interested in, and then look it up for reviews on the Harmony Central website.

I think the best amps usually have few or NO effects at all, but Line 6 makes some very good stuff in the category you are referring to.
