I have to admit it, I do. I have many employees that think that by beating another one down, they rise higher. I can't believe that some of them are so stupid to think I don't see it all. Or to think that they will get into my favor by trying to destroy somebody else.

No, I don't enjoy it. It leads to much stress. I finally found a job where I work in a house and I have my own room for an office. Nobody bugs me. I like it. But I've been worked in an office environment most of my life. It really is pathetic and yes, some of them are SO stupid. Sandbox 101.

I don't enjoy seeing it.
I do enjoy seeing the people that were intimidated & harassed going postal on the ones that started the trouble. Karma is a wonderful thing.
