Take a bunch of old shoes and attach them to 2 lengths of 2x4's approx. 8 feet long. Right shoes on one and left shoes on the other. Make sure they are attached well. You'll need as many pairs as there are in your group. Have everyone put them on and go as the Taliban Olympic drill team.
