How can I include a sound into my email using outlook express 2000?

I insert a sound file in the background, but the recepient claims that no sound is heard when he opens the mail...other than using Outlook Express, how can i include a background(pic and music)in my sent emails?

This question was asked by Mori some time ago but only opinions were voiced. I too would like an answer to the question. I personally like the idea and would like to use the feature in Outlook express.

I don't think you can have sound play within an Email using Outlook Express. I have seen it done in IncrediMail, though.
