I'd say management, with perhaps some courses or a minor in communication. You might also want to read:

Business with an emphasis on Human Resources

I am getting mine from Oakland University in michigan.

Bachelor of science in Human Resource Development with a minor in Training and Development.

This is from the school of education. They also have a Business admin with a concentration in HR.

I want to go into training so the education one is great for me.
