Idle is controlled by ecu. I would suspect the idle air control (iac) is sticking. It is located at the throttle body. You might want to clean both items. Not including the ecu.

non adjustable you got high idle most problems lead to thottlebody gasket spay carb cleaner all around gasket if idle changes you found problem replace gasket

no adjustment. try cleaning the trhottle body.
