In 1906, the Chicago White Sox and the Chicago Cubs faced off in the World Series with the White Sox winning the World Series. Although the White Sox and the Cubs have not played each other since, it is possible to see at Crosstown World Series between the North Side Chicago Cubs and the South Side Chicago White Sox.

If the Chicago White Sox played the Chicago Cubs in the World Series, would you try to purchase tickets for the games? Why or why not? And do you believe it would be worth purchasing tickets for a Crosstown World Series?

Wow... that would be crazy. You should see Chicago when it is just the crosstown classic. Both in the WS would be nuts. I would probably try to get tickets, but I probably would fail. It almost wouldn't be worth it to go, because it would be so tense, and people would be getting into fights every two minutes. On the other hand, I would LOVE to go to any WS game involving the White Sox. I probably would try to get tickets, because going to any WS game is so thrilling, and exciting.

If I had friends going, sure. Otherwise, no. I do not live in Chicago and have never followed either team. The only time I tune into baseball is when the M's are in the playoffs. Otherwise, it is a really really really long game that eats up a lot of more interesting programming, and I tend to watch something else.

HUGE NFL fan. Hate the Raiders!

That will be the day, but that would be great to see happen. And I am in the Chicago area, but more likely then not, that i wouldn't go. But in order for that to happen, both teams have to make it to the World Series, and it seems to me, that it seems to be a rule that at least one team has to stink in a year.

Yes but only to game 4 because that is how long it will take for the White Sox to win it all again.

I would only buy White Sox home tickets. Wrigley is a dump, appropriate for the fans that go there.

If I lived in Chicago and was a fan of either team I would try. But since I don't and I'm not, I'd pass.
