How do you know a ghost is around?

depends on the energy of the ghost, some are warm and some are cold, in my experience a warm and loving energy is very peaceful. a cold energy comes when a ghost is not connected to you on a personal level. When I am giving someone a reading I often have a cold cosmic energy around who is connected to the client.

hi you, well from what Ive read and seen on tv ghosts are just energy imprints but can cause cold air and make noises where as spirits are people who have passed that love us and sometimes they come with scent my sister does (roses) whatever the answer i cant believe these people that continue living in house's that they claim are haunted and literally see ghosts, first thing id run out the door i wouldn't even get my purse and id never be back "ever"

i feel it, im not saying i know when theres always a ghost but sometimes i get a really bad feeling about a place and before i can think about it logically, im out the door.

you dont unless you can see the spectrum of light in which it appears.
a spirit on the other hand will affect the room temperature, making it cooler. a ghost cannot affect its surroundings as it is only a replay of energy from a person doing the same thing day in day out from a long time ago.
