hey iam a junior and i have always wanted to be a probation officer. 4 ever but i dont for sure know what it takes . what classes i should take where i should go i plan on sac state or u.c merced ! does any1 know what i have to take school 2 go anything thanks so much happy holloween<3 alley

If you want to be a probation officer, your college major should be Criminal Justice (CJ). Your college should have information that will tell you what you need to take if you decide to major in CJ. Here is info about from sac state about CJ:

I couldn't find any info from UC Merced. Maybe that major isn't available. Here is some career info about probation officers:
