You are killing me with this.
Whether you can get married or not depends on the state where you live.
If your state allows you to get married at your age without parental consent and you have valid identification proving your age (like your birth certificate), you may be able to go to the courthouse, get a license and get married.
But if you are too young, you can't get married without the consent of your legal guardians. Right now, that is the state that put you in foster care. So the only way to get married would be to go to your social worker for help.
Please contact your social worker anyway. They can help you and your baby.

Like you don't have enough problems already? Marriage is NOT the answer to life's problems, and the chances of you changing your life for the better by getting married are extremely low. On the other hand, the chances of you being divorced within 5 years and being in a worse situation than you are now are very high.

Without permission from either the courts or your legal guardians, you cannot get married at the age of sixteen. Sorry, you will have to wait two years until you become an adult. I would suggest you put your kid up for adoption and go back to school to learn how to write and be a functioning member of society first.

You can't without the courts permission. Hopefully DCFS will step in and take that baby away from you, it's clear that you are neither mature enough nor smart enough to deal with it.
