Hi can any one tell me where I can find some info on Import taxes?

i want to buy from china and i live in the USA and they said i need to find out if they are import taxes on it befor i do it.

Import duties are assessed at the port of entry. They are paid by the recipient. There is no way to prepay them. You may be able to estimate how much they might be by going here: http://www.customs.gov/

Read books on import duty in your country.
