How do you control "sugar overload" from trick or treating or Halloween parties?

Freeze it for later treats. Small baggies, sorted by kind. Let the kids help. Nothing like a tiny Butterfinger after a hard day working in the yard. Eat it frozen while you soak in the tub. It's enough to satisfy the craving for chocolate, but not so much that it will blow the diet.

Give the extra candy to a food bank for kids that are homeless!!
You can control "sugar overload" by only eating
