how can these rappers run around the hood with expensive cars and chains on their neck, and have hundreds of people in the hood just watching in their video?.....i know its fake , but people actual believe this crap

The Masta Ace and Marco Polo song Nostaligia describes it the best. He talks about you dont walk through the hood with ur chain and no crew unless ur name is known, but even then ur taking a risk, cause they'll rush u in the bathroom while ur taking a piss. Stupid Mutha Uckas

Hell yeah...the cars are(mostly) rented...and the jewelry...If they had the nerve to walk around the hood like that with out bodyguards/law enforcement...Id givem props...but thats not how they roll...
While we are on this...I was watching videos...and that LAME a s s Gucci Mane song came on...dont know what its called...but it got some hot cars in it...but you know they arent his...Its in a damn show room...They didnt even let that fool take the car off the lot for the video...LOL.

because it glamorizes the hood life. it makes people in the hood believe that they can still become sucessful without going to school or getting a real job.

most rappers dont even own those cars that you see, most are rented, im from Humboldt park Chicago and ive seen drug dealers with nicer cars then "rappers" its a whole portal of image that they know will sell "if i c someone with a nice car getting all the ladies and there rapping why cant i" its a marketing and its bull **** but its the world we live in.

uMM. wat exactly isz da question here?? lOls. ii agree with yuh though,, they only wear those jewels and drive around in those cars after their agents rented that stuff from a company who wants it bcak. Dey count everything and have details on the stuff they lend out. da onlii thang dat belongs to dem isz hwat dey manage to but on their own [most rappers dont].
