Is the alcohol that we drink lipophilic? Namely, does alcohol we consume enter the brain through the blood-brain-barrier because it is lipophilic? Or, does it require a co-transporter of some sort in order to enter the brain and administer its effects?

Some believe that alcohol is more dangerous than heroin, Personally feeling, both are addictive but and a big but you can resist carving for alcohol more than you can for heroin, both are toxicants, yet alcohol is beneficial for body and heart if taken 60 ml per night, remember only 60 ml not more, heroin on the other side is not even recommended. It is for the individual to take the decision not to be addicted by any. One has to intake or inhale the things which are beneficial for the body in the long run.
