whats the tool called to take out air from a hot air system?

there is air stuck in the hot water system

There isn't a tool I am aware of, On hot water heating system there is usually a manual or automatic air bleeder on the system.
A manual bleeder usually consist of a valve at the high point of the system so you can open the valve until you get water. If you have a pump on the system there should be an air separator on the line going to the suction side of the pump.
