Write them down and put them up on the mirror of your bathroom and the refridgerator...those are the two places proven to be the spots you will see them the most. Use pictures, words, phrases, code...whatever. It has also been suggested to keep a journal about them and write a little blurb each night...kinda like a 'thankful list' or an 'accomplishment list'. It makes you more aware of movement and success (but journal positively, not reaming yourself out...look for the positive). Good luck.

If you have a real goal and a vision you should not need to be reminded. It should be a part of your every thought pattern.
Some times though I will place a rubber band around my two middle fingers on my left hand. It does not interfere with anything you do but is a constant reminder of whatever you designate it to be. I do it if I need a reminder to go to a meeting or to stop on the way home and buy gas. When I have it on my hand......whatever I designate it to be is what it reminds me of.
I have also, gone by a trophy shop and made up a small brass pin (with a magnet) so I can actually wear it on my clothes as a reminder of something important....especially if it is a long time item like yours. (ie "my goal this week is to be a more courteous person" or "My Big Plan is!!!")

If you constantly need to remind yourself of your goals and vision in the context of your question, then they can't be that important to you.

Write them down on a piece of paper. Read that paper daily morning.

Carry something around with you, like a small object (a coin or something written on a sheet of paper and put it in your wallet or purse). if you really try, you can remember them.
