Hey people, Well HAPPY HALLOWEEN FIRST OF ALL!

Neways, I don`t like going trick-or-treating because i think it`s for little kids ya kno?!
And since i`m 15 I don`t think i should go..
Well My dad is taking my nephew to a ''church truck or treat''
He told me to pass out candy..
But i don`t want too..
I got out of doing it..
So
Is it wrong for me not to do it?!
& just sit @ home & eat candy and watch tv?
Yeah..All my friends are going trick or treating And Crap
But i just don`t want it?
is that wrong for not wanting too??

No! Why should you be forced at 15 to do something that you feel is too immature for you? I can see if you were taking children with you.
You wanna sit at home? Enjoy!

I guess not; I mean, you feel how you feel, right? You were bound to grow out of Halloween at some point in time...but are you going to miss it? (I just asked because you're the first person all day to even bother wishing anyone a "Happy Halloween", but you've chosen not to celebrate it or participate in it...there's got to be a story in there somewhere).
There's still time to change your mind, you know. The magic in tradition is fleeting...when it's gone, it's gone. But YOU get to say when that is...
Happy Halloween!

You know what? You are your own person. Peer pressure is at full force at your age but you can resist it. You don't have to do something that you don't want to do such as trick or treating. 15 is pretty old to be going out. You are right.

No, it's not wrong. You don't have to participate in anything you don't want to participate in. But you ARE being a grouch! >:p JK, but I don't get why you wont pass candy out if you're staying at home anyway. Regardless, it's your choice, you're not a bad person for not getting into any holiday spirit.

Not at all! :).
If you prefer to stay home, do so. There is just no need for you to force yourself to do this and I agree with your decision 100%! Because, you're already 15 and you can already decide where you want to go without the need to be forced to.

Enjoy your stay at home!

Of course not. Do what you want to do. Although if you really were supposed to go to the Church and were told a couple of days ago then you should attend but you shouldn't be forced to do things you don't want to do.

If your sitting @ home anyways, why wouldn't you help out your dad? My 15 year old will be handing out the goodies tonight as well.
