I was talking to a guy in a foreign country when his exwife started trouble for him and his two boys. There's been alot of DRAMA (alot is an under estimate too) that has followed since then but I haven't heard from him or talked to him in over 3 weeks....The last time we talked I told him I was first and foremost a friend & was here for him, but haven't heard from him since.
Should I considered this a break up? Or is he just taking the needed space to get him and his boys pulled back together? Any single parent advice?

You need to wait maybe he needs to get everything back on track or he does not have anymore money to pay for the computer hey there is an odd number of things but you are right just be a good friend and that is all you can do and don't consider it a break up wait one more week and then see what happens

YOU need to consider this a break up on your part. The guy has too much drama and issues.

could be both..... send him a message every now and then (not too often) saying that you wanted him to remember that you're his friend first- and would like to be there for him if he needs someone...... hope he's doing okay
good luck.

Have you considered that he might have been
'looking for a green card`?
It does happen, and "friend" might have sent
him looking elsewhere.
