It is not known why the dollar is going down. It can be intentionally done so that the American products are sold abroad more easily. Since the real reason is not known, it is hard to predict what is going to happen, and it follows that any advice given at the moment is not based on valid analysis. Follow your heart.

YEEES ;and exactly for the same reasons that zoser said; for it's now a very clear policy of the American government to keep the dollar at a lower rate for at least the next to fiscal quarters(six month) trying to help the lately embattled economy against countries keeping their currencies at a very low rate like Chinese yuan or Euro
##zoser why does it have to be off shore??????
@zoser;;"((I said the dollar is expected for further decline by the year's end, but the most decline has been there already"))
that's where u r wrong coz the worst is yet to come specially with the decision to decrease the interest rate on $ savings that is expected combined with growing problems facing American economy with the current administration

You better sell all your dollars before the end of this year any way. You can invest in shares or buy Euros.
