Ever think about that? I just saw a guy do a "trick" on Ellen's Show that looked really really impossible to be a trick. (Yes, I know it was a trick)
How would you feel if it really was magic?? Would you be glad or scared??

Personally I'd think it was pretty awesome, though perhaps a bit scary, as it would mean that everything we know about how the universe works needs to be rewritten.

Honestly, though, I'm not holding my breath.

Denie,

It would indeed be a very different world if magicians (aka illusionists) were actually performing magic, and not just illusions (or tricks). *However*, they aren't. The fun part of magic for me is knowing full well they are not performing magic. The fun for me is knowing my senses' shortcomings are being deliberately taken advantage of and trying to figure out how the illusionist is doing it.

EDIT: *If* it were true then I'd be all over it. It *seems* true to anyone who doesn't understand it and you can see the reactions from those people if you ever watch a magic show (especially street magic). So, *if* it were true then I'm sure I would be as startled as the people you see in those shows. Although once I was over the initial shock I would be learning all I could to become a magician myself.

Denie, I know your asking this question for the sake of asking it to get things going in the paranormal section. But for the sake of an answer, no, it is all illusion. And no I would not be glad, it would mean somebody made a deal and was practicing magic.
