Some satirical writers or writers of black comedy include Terry Southern, Joseph Heller, Thomas Pynchon, Kurt Vonnegut, Harlan Ellison, Eric Nicol, Roald Dahl.
BTW: Tim Burton would be a good example of it as far as movies are concerned.

there's a difference between writing and performance, and i'm sure a lot of those who'll be listed here are performers of comedy (especially stand up).
but to answer your question, i'd say richard pryor. in addition ot his stand-up, he also co-wrote Blazing Saddles.
