well today i was playin around in my halloween costume and i tore it so now my mom says since you ripped it if you want to go trick or treating you have to wear your sisters ballerina outfit and i want to go trick or treating but im a litle embarrassed about wearing a tutu my sis says shell have a field day dressing me up in her pink tutu with bows and ribbons in my hair and makeup on and tights and ballet slippers whats this gonna be like?

Since Halloween has already passed, I'm guessing you've already been a ballerina & I'm sure you found out that it was more fun than you really want to admit. I hope your mom made you dress-up completely as a girl from head to toe & turned you into a pretty ballerina. But what I really wonder is, did you like being a ballerina for Halloween?
But after looking at your other questions, I think it's safe to say that you ruined your Halloween costume on purpose so you'd have to dress-up in your sister's ballerina outfit. If you like dressing up as a girl, just tell your sister & mother, I'm sure they already know & will be glad to let you be the other daughter & sister from time to time.

People will point and laugh at you.
You may see some of your friends from school.
Everyone in school then know your a cross dresser and you'll probably get beat up.
Put a garbage bag over your head and be a raisin !

a ballet outfit could work,
with a wand
and fake pirate tattoos, anchors and stuff. (a lip liner or eyebrow pencil would do it)
fake stubby beard, unless you can grow your own
a wig --- the sillier the better
accessorize - add things use your imagination.
Go weird - have fun
