I have been getting plenty of sleep before. I eat a good diet and exercise. I think it might have to do with anxiety and stress. should I see a doctor?

Yes. See a psychiatrist. You said two of your symptoms are anxiety and stress, not to mention needing to sleep all day. This is the type of case that psychiatrists treat.

I can't tell from your profile if you're male or female. If you're female, take a pregnancy test. Excessive tiredness, plus changes in mood such as anxiety and stress, show up in really early pregnancy.

If pregnancy isn't a possibility, try to relax. If it's making you nervous, call your doctor. But there are several reasons you could be sleeping so much:
~With winter coming on, days are getting shorter and colder. Your body may just be adjusting to the season.
~If you've been dealing with a lot of stress lately, sleep is your body's way of coping with it. If it's a short term stress, like exams, once the stress is over, you'll be back to normal.
~If you're suffering from a lot of anxiety for no concrete reason, you may need to see a doctor.
~Because the excessive sleeping is new, it's probably not anything to worry about. Lots of people have periods of sleeplessness and/or excessive sleeping. If it lasts more than a week, or if you feel like you might be depressed, call your doctor. You can do a "self test" for depression here: http://www.lessons4living.com/depression_test2.htm

Most likely, it's nothing. You probably just need extra rest. Keep eating well and exercising, along with plenty of water.
