Indians In Guatemala?

Does anyone know what indians lived in Guatemala and it be only a four letter word ending with the letter K

I have lived in Guatemala and I can't think of any tribe anywhere in the country whose name ends in a K or any tribe with a four letter name.The original inhabitants of the area that is now Guatemala were the Garifuna Indians and the Itza' Maya Indians.
You may be thinking of the language that is currently spoken by the descendants of of the original Itza or Itzaj Maya peoples. That language is called Yucatec Mayan(known to it's own speakers simply as Maya) and is the language spoken by the majority of the Maya people who live in Guatemala and Belize. Fewer than 100 people, mostly elders, still speak the Itzaj/Itza language.

Yucatec 'sounds' like it ends with a 'K' but it is seven letter word.

I don't know of any ending with "K".
But the indigenous people (whom you call "Indians") that I am aware of are those who are either Mayans or Quiche.
