Trying to think of something for later today.
I was thinking about carving something into a pumpkin and that remains a possibility, but what are some other ideas?

Carve a heart into a pumpkin and put a note inside next to the candle. Ask her to light the candle.

there was an article in the paper a guy proposed to his GF by carving " marry me?" into a pumpkin.
That's a great idea! She'd like it!

This is super corny, but into that pumpkin you could carve: "Trick or Me", implying that you are the treat. :)

Halloween is the least romantic day in the whole year, besides, perhaps, veteran's day.
If you ask today, in costume, she'll think you're off your rocker and say NO.
