For all time its close, but I'd say Bears and Packers, but I belive that the Cowboys and Redskins are pretty high up as well.
For right now I would say Colts and Pats, every time they play each other there big hype, and both teams hate each other, even if there not in the same division, its a good rivalry.

Now it would certainly be the Colts and Patriots. All time? Well, everyone is gonna have their favorites because division rivalries are often great matchups. As an Eagles fan I'll always love the great Eagles/Cowboys rivalries (ironically they both take place this week). But depending on your division, you'll have your own favorite.
Outside of the division, I think the old Steelers/Cowboys rivalry of the 70's & 80's was pretty good even though I didn't like either of those teams. Cowboys/Niners was pretty good too.

I don't think the Pats are Colts are what you would call a rivalry team. They are just two great teams with perfect record that are going head to head. That doesn't make them a rival team.
It is now and will forever be according to history.
Packer vs Bears as the greatest rivalry.

Dallas has so many that the media considers rivalry's
Redskins
Giants
Eagles
Cardinals
49ers
Steelers
But the one that you can tell have a genuine hate for each other are the Bears and the Packers.
The AFC South is starting to get some good ones too with the Jaguars and the Colts and the Colts and the Texans.
I don't want to forget about the Ravens and Browns.

Redskins and Cowbillies.
Packers and Bears.
NFC/NFL has been around a lot longer than the AFC/AFL.
I'm not including the Colts. They werent in the AFC when they were in Baltimore, where they should be.
Nothing has changed with these true rivalries so I wont even comment on so-called AFC rivalries.

I gotta agree with Erkel in that each division has exciting rivalries of thier own...I mean, I love watching my Seahawks battle it out with the Rams, but you have to respect the Pack vs. Bears, 'Boys vs. Redskins, Broncos vs. Raiders, Steelers vs. Browns, Niners vs. 'Boys, etc.
